Here, everything is homemade!

Our ingredients are carefully sourced, mostly organic or craft-produced.

One hot drink

Coffee, cappuccino, latte, hot chocolate, or teas from Le Parti du Thé. Choice of cow's milk or Oatly oat drink.

One cold drink

Limonana, freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice. Glass of champagne or Mimosa +3Euros.

OR

A house cocktail

- Tania Dutel: Lillet rosé, blackberry-grapefruit cordial, prosecco, timut pepper, peach cream, savory syrup, and lemon +5Euros. - Elena Nagapetyan: Gin, cucumber, celery oleo-saccharum, orange blossom, dry vermouth, ginger beer, and lemon + 5Euros. - Ilyes Djadel: Blackberry-grapefruit cordial, bissap juice, raspberry-lychee tea, lemon, orange blossom, and Perrier.

Sweet treats

- From Chez Mami Deli Seed bread, baguette, rugelach, orange blossom mouna, Seasonal jam, Nocciolata, and organic butter.

The savory plate

- The Breakfast croissant Butter croissant, lime and ginger salmon gravlax, maple-ouzo vierge sauce, whipped fresh goat cheese, citrus salsa, candied grapes, pistachio flakes, and runny soft-boiled egg. Served with homemade fries or a young greens salad.

OR

- Baked egg (L'oeuf Cocotte) Spicy ratatouille shakshuka, charred egg, oregano-marinated feta, creamy salsa verde, toasted pine nuts, and fresh herbs. Served with crispy zaatar dipping toasts.

The sweet plate

- The Fridgette crêpe Fluffy pancakes, roasted figs, pistachio-zaatar praline butter, limoncello and thyme infused honey, lemon ricotta whipped cream, and caramelized pistachios. Just enough time to flip the pancakes and it's coming! +10 minutes

OR

- Banana Granola Roasted bananas, cream cheese yogurt, spiced date caramel, granola crumble, coffee-pecan cream, dark chocolate chips, and fresh Mazafati dates. Upon request, Greek soy yogurt can be provided.
