Presented by Le Sunset (L-1017720-721-722). A duo formed by two of the most promising voices in European jazz offers a musical world at the crossroads of jazz, folk and contemporary music. Born between the terraces of Venice and the streets of Florence, the project stands out for its lack of a rhythmic instrument, a choice that allows the two musicians to explore new sonic and tonal horizons through an intimate dialogue and a strong shared artistic identity. The repertoire includes original compositions written specifically for the duo, as well as fresh interpretations of great works of Italian music, from Puccini and traditional songs from the Maremma to the famous film scores of Ennio Morricone. Cinema Italia thus becomes a meeting place between past and future, taking audiences on a musical journey between nostalgia and innovation.
