Purcell, boldness and a breath of freedom!

On 19 January, The Curious Bards take over the Théâtre de l'Opprimé in Paris to celebrate the release of Rebellion, their new album with Harmonia Mundi. From London streets to theater stages, the ensemble reveals a vibrant, mischievous, and bold Purcell. A spirit of freedom that also runs through the record, where Philippe Katerine lends his voice to an encounter as unexpected as it is delightful. Join us for an evening of emotion, humor, and cheekiness!

Line-up Jean-Christophe Morel, cittern & violin Sarah Dubus, recorder & cornett Louis Capeille, triple harp Sarah Van Oudenhove, viola da gamba Alix Boivert, violin Ilektra Platiopoulou, mezzo-soprano
