DEAR POLA x INÈS DAMARIS - LIVE

DEAR POLA [dream folk]

— Release Party —

Dear Pola is the project of Mary, singer-songwriter and poet originally from the Drôme. Alone on stage with her guitar, the artist delivers intimate and embodied folk. Her music, between stripped-down simplicity and modern melancholy, explores memory, bonds, and the difficulty of putting things into words. Self-taught, she uses rich and organic fingerpicking and open tuning, which dialogues with her lyrics and carries emotions beyond words. After a first EP, Ma Part du Ciel (2023), her debut album was released on 23 October 2026 on the Osto Records label.

INÈS DAMARIS [indie pop folk]

Following a 1st EP "In The Garden" selected as a FoRTE laureate, Inès Damaris created her 1st concept album "Out From a Falling Star" to be released in winter 2027. Long confined to the image of a well-behaved and reserved girl, Inès stands out here with a bold, playful, and daring repertoire, moving past preconceived ideas that she leaves to others to judge. Influenced by the folk of Joni Mitchell, Madison Cunningham, or Big Thief and 70s English pop, her intimate lyrics speak of the alienation of a society destined for a predetermined path, but also of the tranquility and feelings of profound fulfillment that we sometimes have the opportunity to experience throughout life. Inès Damaris comes to question what art truly is today and how we consume it.
