Founded in 2018, " sTRAITS ", a tribute to Dire Straits, did not take long to hit the local headlines. At each of their concerts, this team of musicians from all horizons plays to a packed house. One understands why when having the chance to attend one of their performances.

The voice bears an uncanny resemblance to that of the famous founder of this London band. The folk, classical, Dobro, and electric guitars perfectly reproduce the different sounds used in Dire Straits' repertoire as well as the touch and sensuality of Mark Knopfler's playing.

The bass-drums pair knows how to deploy the discreet complexity of a highly crafted track, being at the heart of what truly makes a piece vibrate.

The band's keyboard recreates the soul of the tracks and brings that emotion that spectators come looking for in live performance.
