Dr Swing Quartet

Presented by Le Sunset (L-1017720-721-722)The Dr Swing Quartet is now 20 years old, age of maturity for an old pure Scottish malt but also maybe for a jazz band, always animated by a pianist surgeon and a cardiologist drummer always crazy about jazz and swing.After some nice evenings at the SUNSET in 2017 and 2018, Then in 2022 in sextet with the participation of André Villeger a saxophone and François Biensan on the trumpet, What better setting could one dream of to celebrate a twentieth anniversary than the scene of the Sunside, around a directory of standards (Wes Montgomery, Pat Martino ...) of personal compositions.
