At 40, Arezki finds himself faced with a situation as absurd as it is unexpected. To resolve a civil status issue, he must find a witness to his grandparents' wedding.
Between dreams of elsewhere, visa attempts, and disillusionment, his life changes when he meets Houria Barbès, an emigrant in France.
An encounter that leads him into a race against the clock where love, marriage, and administrative paperwork intertwine.
Dream DZ is a human comedy about dreams of elsewhere, emigration, and the absurdities of life.
