A few figures: According to a survey published by the Defender of Rights in December 2025: 35% of respondents report having experienced unfavorable or discriminatory treatment over the past 5 years based on one of the six most frequently cited criteria (gender, age, pregnancy or maternity/paternity leave, origin or skin color, religion, health condition or disability).

Through this play, the actors of Un rôle à jouer address the following topics in a playful, practical, and participatory way:

Raising awareness about problematic situations: sexism, racism, etc.

How to react? How to talk about it? What can be done to stop it?

Self-knowledge and understanding personal limits.

How to moderate, whether as a colleague or manager, and what support resources exist?
