Gabrielle Piquet returns with a story blending humor, poetry, and reflection, inspired by the great figures of spiritualism.

In the afterlife, the sixth heaven is in the grip of unusual turmoil: five unrefined spirits have just arrived from the third… In whose honor? Why does Helen, one of the oldest souls of the sixth, agree to take them under her wing? These troublemakers are in great need of accelerated training before deciding to climb the ranks of reincarnation.

Gabrielle Piquet is a graphic novel writer and illustrator. She published her first work, Trois fois un, an adaptation of three short stories by Tonino Benacquista in 2007. Her subsequent books confirmed the delicacy of her line and the originality of her writing. In 2021, the album La Mécanique du sage received the audacity prize in Angoulême.
