Hollywood Symphonic : Avec l'Orchestre Symphonique Appassionato et Mathieu Herzog

Hollywood Symphonic is an exceptional concert where the Orchestre Symphonique Appassionato, directed by the vibrant Mathieu Herzog, pays tribute to the greatest composers of the 7th Art. From the masterpieces of Michel Legrand to those of Hans Zimmer, John Williams, or Max Steiner, this show transports you on a symphonic journey through eras and emotions. On stage, the magic of film music combines with projected movie images, to relive cult scenes from Yentl, Out of Africa, Gone with the Wind, and many more. A unique rendezvous where images and harmonies merge to sublimate cinema!

It is sometimes claimed that good film music should not be noticed. The composers featured in the concerts of the Greatest Film Scores did not follow this advice, and all the better! On the program: a series of concerts dedicated to the cult music of masterpieces of the 7th art at the Auditorium of La Seine Musicale. While certainly composed for the screen, original soundtracks are full-fledged scores that can easily do without images; they give us the pleasure of remembering the images they accompanied, and even of guessing them.
