Ici Demain festival, 7ème édition à FGO-Barbara !

Ici Demain Festival highlights a new wave of artists with diverse backgrounds and aesthetics that make young contemporary creation so rich. All in continuity with and complementary to the mission of supporting creation and emergence at FGO-Barbara, led by the Artistic Creation department.

Ici Demain was created in 2020, in the heart of the Goutte d’Or, a vibrant neighbourhood of an eclectic and bustling 18th arrondissement already known as the beating heart of contemporary music in Paris.

Highlighting this line-up of emerging artists also means giving them the resources to take their first steps on stage under the best possible conditions, carefully supervised by the entire FGO-Barbara team.

As the richness of young contemporary creation is also expressed through visual art, the visual aesthetic of the festival's 7th edition was entrusted to illustrator Gabriel Picard.

FGO-Barbara: on the creative side

FGO-Barbara stands out as a venue resolutely dedicated to developing the careers of emerging artists. Through its Artistic Creation department, it rolls out a series of innovative initiatives designed to spot, structure, and nurture the most promising musical projects.

Among these tools, Variation(s), Coup de Cœur, listening sessions, and Bootcamps allow young artists to work on their live sets, define their artistic positioning, and benefit from professional support from the earliest stages of their journey.

This momentum comes into its own as part of the Ici Demain festival, a true showcase of FGO-Barbara's commitment. A first stage experience under conditions that foster a decisive meeting with the public and industry professionals.
