Monday means Monday JAM! Hosted by François Constantin, Monday Jam is the timeless gathering where masters of the genre meet the younger generation for friendly musical battles. This time, accordion takes center stage in all its forms! An instrument of a thousand faces, the accordion lends itself here to every style: jazz, groove, world music, or more contemporary sounds, between melodies, rhythms, and improvisations. Alongside François Constantin on percussion and lead, Gaétan Larrue on accordion, Swaéli Mbappé on bass, and Archibald Ligonnière on drums form an energetic and generous quartet, where the accordion reveals all its facets, driven by a rhythm section built for improvisation. Here, there are no fixed sheet music: we listen, respond, bounce back, and build together in the moment. A concert, then the jam! This is Monday played on the accordion and ready to burst!
