An outstanding percussionist and maestro of musical encounters, he leads the jam with that joyful, collective energy unique to these one-of-a-kind evenings. Born into a family of musicians, he traded his childhood piano early on for spellbinding rhythms from around the world – Cuban, Brazilian, African – which he combines with infectious playfulness and boundless energy.

On stage, he sets the tone and drives the improvisations. Amateurs or pros, curious or passionate, everyone finds their place in his groove, carried by the magic of spontaneous exchanges.
