He is a man in his forties, steeped in pride and resentment, living alone for too long in his 'underground', who exceptionally breaks his silence and decides to tell those present his story, or rather a troubling memory, hoping to find release from it. But the detours he takes beforehand are so numerous that his confidences first take the shape of a psychological and metaphysical reflection that leads him perhaps further than he imagined.
A powerful and captivating adaptation of Dostoevsky's work.
