Les Incandescent.e.s is a festival intended to take place annually at first, then become a touring event, with a programme focused on emerging women, non-binary and trans artists.

Its organisation, technical work and programming all highlight women and gender minorities in each of these fields, with a real desire — and indeed a need — to foreground people from racial minorities. Through music, drag shows and performances, a round-table discussion, a makers’ market and games, we want this festival to put culture and art at the service of society.

We also want to offer new ways of celebrating without exploiting other animals. The festival is therefore entirely vegan.

Les Incandescent.e.s is a queer, vegan, feminist and intersectional festival, open to all audiences. It is a festival of new ways of imagining the world.
