Les Méditations électroniques // 6 dec // 16h

Zero posturing, pure sound. Gradually, our brainwave frequencies shift from beta to alpha then theta, where imagination and the subconscious reveal themselves. The body and heart allow themselves to be swept by music vibrations, emotions and visions. Continuously, like a story, exercises unfold in rhythm with the music: slow, simple movements, breathwork and visualization; set to an Ambient & Techno playlist.

Each month, on a Sunday evening at Listener, in Paris 2nd, rue Vivienne. 4 possible time slots : 16:00 / 17:00 / 18:00 / 19:00

Sessions last 1h, are guided by Alexandrine Comte and take place in Paris, at Listener, a soundproof listening room featuring a sound system of unrivaled quality in France.
