MÁtÉ DOBOKAY • ÉTUDES SUR l’ÉPUISEMENT

Galerie Bigaignon presents from October 8 to November 14, 2026 "Études sur l’épuisement", the second solo exhibition at the gallery by Hungarian artist Máté Dobokay. Conceived as a continuation of his major work "Development till Exhaustion", the exhibition pursues the artist's investigations into the material limits of analog photography: the moment when the medium ceases to function, when chemical processes run dry, when the photographic support breaks down before reforming into a new shape.
