Mouvement organique

An exploration of the body, space and the other through fluid and intuitive movements in order to awaken one’s body sensitivity.

On a daily basis, we use our body mechanically, without thinking about its condition.

This workshop is an invitation to connect and communicate with our body through an instinctive dance and to explore with curiosity its own desires.

Dance and movement connect us here to ourselves, the experience is based on interactions with our bodies and those of others.

Through a guided, free and accessible dance, we will explore our own sensuality. Anything is possible.
