No Cigar is a five-piece band hailing from Aotearoa, New Zealand. They have released three studio albums, Under The Surface (2025), The Great Escape (2023), and Bienvenido (2022), which were received with great acclaim - captivating audiences with their driving rhythms and compelling storytelling.

Under The Surface was primarily written in Chantilly, a small town located an hour north of Paris, where the band rehearsed, composed, and recorded their music during their European tour in 2023. The album was finalized during a New Zealand tour with producer Connor Jaine. The new album highlights their unique blend of psychedelic rock and groovy guitars. Their growing popularity is driven by their dynamic live performances, which have earned them a loyal and enthusiastic following.
