Participants may follow their own program or stay with the group. Only meeting times for taking the Eurostar are mandatory. Please note, any participant late for the train bears full responsibility.

French citizens must obtain an Electronic Travel Authorisation (UK ETA). This authorization, similar to systems existing in other countries, is valid for multiple stays in the United Kingdom, up to a maximum duration of 6 months per trip, for two years, or until the holder's passport expires.
