Sam Ghezzi Blues Band

Sam Ghezzi built his career as a showman and multi-instrumentalist around an all-consuming passion for the roots of African-American music. Although very active on the swing and jazz scene, blues constitutes the true backbone of his musical identity. A haunting singer, powerful tenor saxophonist and agile harmonica player, he explores the blues in all its historical forms, from Jump Blues of the 40s to electric Chicago Blues of the 50s.
