Improvisation is theatre without a safety net... theatre done in total freedom, without a script and without staging. It is up to you to become the writer, director, and actor of your stories.

Improvisation is one of the most effective methods to awaken the imagination, acquire the ability for immediate action in a given situation, and let go.

Improvisation is also and above all a practice that is a source of pleasure, invention, and camaraderie with partners.

Participants will get an overview of improvisation techniques and an immediate practical application of these techniques during a mini-match!
