Like Quincy Jones, it was Al Jarreau who said it loud and clear: "Take 6 is the best vocal group on the planet, light years above all others." In fact, this group, which has garnered the trifle of 10 Grammy Awards (not counting multiple nominations in the categories Jazz, Pop, Gospel, Rhythm & Blues and concerts or recordings with Ella Fitzgerald, Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles, Quincy Jones, Al Jarreau...) has reached an unequalled level in accuracy, the art of counter-singing, rhythmic invention, dynamics and... instrumental imitation.

Impressed by the acoustics of the Auditorium during their first concert in 2019, the band wanted to come back to enchant the audience of La Seine Musicale. It is an honor to welcome them again, this time on the program of their new album, dedicated to the great standards that have marked the history of jazz. More than ever, attending a Take 6 concert remains an unforgettable experience!
