During this workshop you will discover the plants of the osteo-articular system that we will taste in the form of herbal teas by taking note of their benefits. You will make a regenerating and analgesic care to relieve rheumatic pain from an oily maceration of comfrey root.

We will also discuss the benefits of comfrey in the garden.

A document will be given to you as well as a small glass jar of 30 ml. Do not hesitate to bring them if you have them.

The workshop will be led by the association Communerbe!

You will be welcomed in the warm shop of Plant B, the Ressourcerie des jardiniers in the third place Bercy again!
